Investors are hoping for a "Powell punt" - no rate hike - following 11 consecutive months of increases. Perhaps helping push the Fed toward a pause is the latest Producer Price Index report released this morning. It shows prices falling at the factory gate by a greater-than-expected 0.3% month over month.
