Welcome to 2023!!!  In this episode I talk about resolutions, words of the year and how THIS year I’ve chosen to do something completely different!!

In 2023 I’ve chosen to have BOTH:  a word of the year AND a resolution … and I’ve created a container that will ensure that I am not the girl who falls off of either by mid-January.

I’ve created THE POWER PROJECT.  A 365 day commitment to doing the daily work to achieving higher levels of personal growth, transformation and personal power.  Yep … every damn day.  It’s messy … it’s scary … and it’s SO ALIGNED for me that I can’t wait.
