Let's Talk About Incontinence with Luce Brett

 

Luce Brett worked in media regulation and as a film journalist and regulator for many years.   She became incontinent at 30 years old after the birth of her first son, which kickstarted what she describes as a 10 year incontinence odyssey in which she took a deep dive into some of the most embarrassing, stigmatised and often unmentionable areas of healthcare. She had physiotherapy, operations, various interventions, and suffered from bladder and bowel leaking. Her book is PMSL: Or How I Literally Pissed Myself Laughing and Survived the Last Taboo to Tell the Tale.
