This first show was focused on Judy's extensive media background and how she survived two lay-off's, a bankruptcy and foreclosure notices while building her national company, Over 40 Females, through the recession, Helen's glamorous fit modeling career that she has maintained for 30 years and Maggie's story from her kidnapping to how she clawed her way up through the ranks of journalism. Maggie lived around the world including the middle-east and Asia, and reported on many of the world's major news stories from the British Royal Family to a rare interview with Moammar Gadhafi. Maggie is now a senior health editor and NBC News and TODAY.COM.

Dr. Thelma Jones, an integrative medicine specialist, joined us on the call and talked about strengthening immunity through alternative medicine and meditation.
