Having run a 12 space baby & toddler unit I learnt a heck of a lot about how to get toddlers to learn develop and nap during the day (🤦🏾♀️) I learnt more in that year as a room leader about toddlers than I have in most of my career & I loved every moment of working with those 12 little cherubs.
