One of the most underrated and overlooked skills is the ability to read a person/ or audience and offer them your essence from a place that they can understand while simultaneously staying in your own center enough to know you aren’t operating with pretense. 

This ability allows you to connect with people from all walks of life - it means you are truly a collaborative person who’s able to connect to the genius of multiple people and pull the very best out of them. As always this is an energetic occurrence, it’s like 

knowing your own language but being able to speak other languages. This is the heart of collaboration, where there are lessons in boundaries. An important takeaway: When you are meeting people where they are at, make sure you are also meeting yourself where you are!

We’ve all been conditioned to think that expressing confidence means being the most charismatic person in the room, typically extroverted. A mark of true self confidence first comes from deeply understanding the self and the body. From understanding ourselves and truly coming to terms with who we are and who we are not, allows us to bloom in authenticity. An example being, if we are not inherently charismatic but our genius lies in mathematics, we choose to love, honor and accept ourselves even if we are being the wallflower at a party or do not like small talk. This type of self knowledge and reverence is the mark of true confidence. The ladies hope this conversation makes you think differently about what confidence means, and how to step into your own light and power.
