Does a heavy workload truly affect your mental health and general life? We discuss all that and our own personal experience and opinions of homework and heavy workloads at school.

We talk about the rise in antivaxxers, why it became a thing, why you should vaccinate, debunking things antivaxxers have said, and much more. This podcast is much more different than other episodes as this had a bit more structure, so I hope you'll like the different type of episode this is since this is a prominent topic today.

In this episode, Raynele and guests (Andrew and Richard) have the first ever "Casual Conversation." We start with some random food combos that are weird but actually taste good and then talk about our favorite school year, the hardest part about high school, go deep into love while messing around with Richard's microphone to make memes and improv a McDonald's drive-through. This is without a doubt the least serious and most unorganized episode yet, but I hope you enjoy a casual conversation!

In this episode, Raynele and guests (Connor and Richard) talk about what the International Baccalaureate (IB) is. We talk about our personal experience being in an IB class, what it truly means, how IB is sold to us and how schools can help us deal with IB if we and other students struggle academically and mentally. We also plan to do a future episode with someone doing the IB Diploma to talk about it.
