If we're not careful we'll fall prey to really smart advertising, influencers, mindless scrolling, sales, new launches it's just so much. That is why it's so hard to focus on something and focusing is what actually moves the needle in anything in life.

In this episode, we highlight the importance of focusing on the things WE care for, the parts of our business or personal development we want to see grow and evolve. We recognize the need for this proactive work of staying focused, how to commit to it, and the benefits we can get from this practice. 

In addition, I share a simple yet powerful exercise that showcases the power of our attention and gives us a clue of how to use it to build what we desire and attract more of what we want into our lives.
