Lucy and Corbett are talking about the most famous or infamous Principal of the 80's, Joe Clark.  "They used to call be Crazy Joe, well now they can call me Batman!"  does seem to be the theme for the show.  They talk about the film Lean on Me and what it was like with schools in the 80's, fictional schools in the 80's, and the real deal schools right now.  Class is in session, so keep it down.
