What You Need to Know About Live Video on Instagram and How It Can Grow Your Business
If your audience asks the same question over and over, you should be creating content to answer those questions. Answering these questions engages your audience and gives them what they want. This establishes instant expertise and allows you to make money with Instagram. Remember conversations equal CA$H.
Two of the most common questions I hear are: Is IGTV still around, and how do you create a successful collaboration?
In a sense, IGTV is still around under a new name: VIDEO. I am a huge fan of video and will continue to encourage you to use it...Keep making videos! Right now, video is the highest converting content strategy. Every day you should utilize video more than you did yesterday. This trend will continue to grow. Now is the best time to get started. You're going to see more and more of this type of content as time goes on.
If you want to make money, you have to punch fear in the face and get on video. Video can be used on Instagram with Instagram Reels, Instagram Live, and Instagram Stories. Remember, face-to-camera is the number one way to connect with your followers.
PRO TIP: Don't just lip-sync, learn a dance, or follow the trends. It is important to create unique content that is branded to you and makes you stand out from the crowd. Original content can be educational or entertaining or both. Just make sure you are creating some of your own Reels.
The second question that I've been getting a lot is how do I collaborate with more people?
The number one recommendation with that is to schedule a weekly Instagram Live. This gives your audience and the algorithm something to count on. You can schedule a live show where you interview people, a great way to share each other's audience. You do not need a podcast, YouTube channel, or TV network to have your own show. You can create your own show with something you currently are holding in your hand, Instagram.
Collaborations are the fastest way to grow your audience and business.
