Have you noticed grocery and gas prices going up? (It's hard not to.)

When inflation gets too out of control, it's bad. Throughout history there have been times when inflation has gotten so far out of control that it's devastating to an entire country. People can no longer afford to buy the things they need.

During the USSR days in Russia, the Soviet ruble became so inflated that people had to bring barrels and barrels of cash–literally wheelbarrows of cash just to buy a loaf of bread.

Now, we're not there yet, praise the Lord.
