We are all multilingual in some way. How many times have you switched up your mother tongue to speak fluent “job interview”? Within our own culture we are accused of “talking white”, but does that make you sell out? Some say the ability to codeswitch is a key to success, do you agree?

The new Netflix show BlackAF is said to be about a man taking an irreverent and honest approach to parenting and relationships. Did the successful creator of black-ish, grown-ish and mixed-ish miss the mark on this one?
