Share some of your opinion on this with me. It seems like the world is moving and there are so much happening in our lives that we can't even differentiate sometimes.

We're all just being this dramatic human being somehow lol.

It seems like we're all complaining too much about life these days.

Not sure what happened, so take a listen on my take about this topic.

This episode, we are going to discover the ideas of being on social media.

It's been such a privilege to have the ability to used social media from all platform since the age of 15 and I found out that it's really toxic to my growth, but at the same time, I've learned so much from it.

Therefore, Let's discuss how it impacts on society as a whole and find the solution to ensure that we live in a better environment both online and offline.

It's kinda good for me to finally take a long break and grow a lot as an adult. Knowing that there are so much more I want to achieve and there are so much more that I want to live for.

We're all going through hard times, but knowing that there are people who cares for you and be there for you whenever you needed one and you, yourself have to be there for you too as it's never be too late to gain self love.

What if life is better than this > there are so many curiosities that I have these days & I'm ready to thrive for the good, the better life and to create a better future for myself.

This ep is quite different as I'm sharing a lot of growth and self love journey that I have tried. it sounds a little dramatic, but being able to finally having love for myself is such a precious thing that I could find in my mid 20s. 

Surrounding myself with a lot of toxicity makes me realised that I'm such a positive person and I would never settle or be around the negative energy as it's not my people and it's not my thing.

Quote: Better be by yourself rather than surrounding yourself with people who doesn't seem to care about their toxicity behaviours. 

Not sure why, but it just hits hards that this feeling is indescribable, I'm not sure why, but it's really is something that we're all feel once in a while especially people in their 20s.

Based on experiences that I have been through, I believe that grief is the hardest part in life, it takes a lot of efforts to move on with the scars that we got, the emotional crisis, the devastation, the feeling of losing someone is sth we can't describe.

Everyone deserves to be happy and I believe that it takes time to find that feeling, the feeling of joy, the feeling of living life to the fullest and take it easy on yourself.

Time fly so fast and what could it possibly go wrong if we just start doing things that we've never done, enjoying the moment and just be the person that you are.

Experiencing different emotions is a part of life, we have to normalise it.I just hope that everyone find their own joy in life & I guess that's what we have to do.

There's more to learn, more to grow, more to live for and getting through different experiences to make me who I am today, it such a emotional roller coaster rides.
