How can we break free from limiting narratives and conditioning to live a life of true creation and growth? Hi I'm Nina. I'm a social worker, counselor, coach, and content creator focused on helping others shift their perspective.&nbsp; The more we let go of the stories that hold us back, the more we get out of ourselves, and therefore the more we get out of life. There's a name I like to call people who are committed to the art of challenging their own stories, standards, and limited identities.
