Lydia Barlow, Process Consultant, visits the SnapCast to talk about her work, the difference between being an expert and being a consultant, specifically a process consultant. We discuss her work with organizations, helping them make sense of and organizing all the input into an agenda for future meetings. She says: "One specific, significant discussion [with a client] was about figuring out priorities in a situation with limited resources - no right or wrong, but considering this up front in order to have clear guidelines for the board."
