This week Tyler and I talked with two good friends of mine Nacho and Lauren Alva. We talk with the couple about managing life with a newborn during this Corona Virus Pandemic, and we talk about their home gym and work out routine.

This week Tyler Esters talked with Luke Martinez. Luke is the owner of Luke's gym where he teaches the many ways to defend yourself. Luke also goes into some of the details of the mission trips he has been involved with.
