was a good walking weekend and got a lot done I'm feeling very very good today

I'm feeling spunky I got plenty of rest. I got my massage yesterday. I'm ready to kick some ass, are you with me or not?

who is it snowing and who is it crappy and I'm staying in. good day to take care of the things that I've been avoiding. it's been wonderful since the person upstairs has been gone and I think I'm finally feeling that release of tension and stress.
