After reading "Moneyball", it got me thinking about how teams gain a competitive advantage through data. Following the book, I read some great articles which led me to look at Liverpool's title-winning season. 

Their use of data science to make decisions was incredible and highlighted tons of synergies between the world of sport and supply chain. 

This led me to create the 1st episode of "What's in the Box?". The aim? to use the subject of sport as a catalyst to discuss data in the supply chain.
