What makes a man leave the City where he could make lots of money to become a photographer? But Spencer is no ordinary photographer having shot Hilary Clinton, Bono, Vivienne Westwood and most of the celebs that sit on Graham Norton's sofas. Oh, he shot Graham too, many times!
He had just returned from a week in New York when we recorded this podcast and was very excited at what his trip could lead to...... and what does he put in my Goody Bag for me to auction or raffle for The Pied Piper Appeal?

A Podcast Present at Christmas as I chat to Ben Caton who spent his life as a fitness PT & basketballer until he designed the first wellbeing platfom of its kind.
This platform has made a difference to students as well as the work force of various companies investing in the wellbeing of their staff.
Such a treat to hear this controlled and focused young entrepreneur but most importantly - What does he put in my Goody Bag? It is an amazing donation..

Welcome back to series 3 of What's in the Goody Bag? with a fantastic Guest, Jill Douglas, who certainly gives her all across the platform of broadcasting and charity in supporting MND and Pied Piper Appeal.
Jill has some great stories about growing up on a farm, her friendship with Doddie Weir and his diagnosis of MND. She talks about the realisation of the opportunities broadcasting has given her to travel and work with her passion - sport.
What will Jill put in the Goody Bag?

What a Woman!
Trained as a Lawyer and worked whilst being a Mum to 4 children. Is not afraid to speak out on whatever she feels passionately about and is great fun to be with.
Hear how she coped with a career in law and being a Mum, giving up a year to be the High Sheriff of Gloucestershire and how she made an impact despite a pandemic and hardly any face to face appearances.
She has only been in her sixties for a couple of years and now has the onset of Parkinsons and talks about how she is dealing with that on a day to day basis and all the things she is determined to do.

I began by asking him which of these he would describe himself as firstly!
He is so well known for speaking on selling & business but I wanted to get to know him as Geoff Burch the man behind the Guru and his life story.
He tells great stories and is brilliantly entertaining & the big question...
