Todays podcast is inspired by an Instagram post I saw!  There are lot of New Year New Me or other proclamations out there and I'm here for it but I also know it can be intimidating or make you feel lacking if you aren't declaring similar sentiments.  So this episode is chalk full of ways to make small moves to have a memorable year.   And reminders of what we are leaving at the door to make room for the good stuff!
