I just wanted to share with you some great information from success.com So I receive this magazine at my house - Success and I love it! It has great information for entrepreneurship, for motivation, and it's perfect because come straight to my house. I can read it over coffee, and then I get excited about starting my day and working towards my goals.  

So in case you're not aware, when you decided to become a Real Estate Agent, you are starting a business and you are basically an Entrepreneur. So what is an Entrepreneur?

So I'm going to tell you a little bit about Content Marketing. So when you're posting on Social Media or Instagram, the message you're putting out there, your goal should be Content Marketing. That is what will help you build your brand and get more conversions and people coming to you to help them on their next decision on for real estate.

So how do you clean up your social media? And why is it important?

Our social media is our resume to the world of what you are, who you are as a person, what you believe and what you give credit to. So if you kind of go back to thinking when you first signed on to your social media platform, whether it's Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, you probably have posts going back to 2000, 2012 13 14 15, depends on how long you've had that account. And the more information that's out there, the more someone can you find that information. So it's important to go back to your old posts, save everything that's relevant and clean it up.

I am going to talk to you about prospecting versus marketing.  What it means for your business, and which one should you focus on in order to build that consistent business throughout the year.

A social media calendar is what I have started and I think it has definitely reduced the amount of time it takes for me to come up with something new to share. And it reduces the stress level.
