The popular coffee chain Blue Bottle Coffee made its Southeast Asia debut in Singapore in August 2024 with a pop-up store mainly selling merchandise and instant coffee. Eat Drink Singapore's Chew Wui Lynn and Cheryl Goh caught up with Blue Bottle Coffee's Chief Operating Officer, Kester Whitaker, to find out if an actual cafe would be on the cards soon.
