In this episode, I’m pulling back the curtain on something a lot of us don’t talk about out loud women’s insecurities. From body image to self-worth to the way the world (and even the people closest to them) can feed into those doubts, I’m digging into the struggles women face and how those insecurities show up in everyday life.

But we’re not just staying in the dark. We’re talking about how to face that fear, not let it run the show. Because money struggles might be real, but so is your resilience. And sometimes the fear of being broke says more about our trauma than our bank accounts.
