My thoughts on Jack Thorne and Stephen Graham’s new crime drama Adolescence (on Netflix) is very powerful and moving.

The four-part series (which is filmed in a one take style) follows the fallout surrounding Jamie Miller (Owen Cooper) who is 13 years old, after he is arrested for the murder of Katie, a girl from his school.

It is inspired by the UK's knife crime epidemic and has themes on online bullying, how men deal with anger, incel culture and why parents need to know what their kids are doing online in their bedroom.

I discuss the newly published study of 107,583 patients who identify as transgender reveals that those who underwent surgery "were at significantly higher risk for depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, and substance use disorders than those without surgery" and "males with surgery showed a higher prevalence of depression."

I also talk about the truth about the World Professional Association for Transgender Health and how men and boys have participated in over 11,230 female sports competitions.

Yesterday was the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women. 1 in 3 women and girls around the world will experience physical or sexual violence during their lifetime. The issue we have now is that we can’t protect women and girls from violence if we don’t know what a woman is!

We can’t protect women and girls if we continue to allow men to self-identify as women in female-only spaces, services and sports. That is why Women's Forum Australia have launched a campaign to restore the sex-based rights for women and girls.
