The Sermon on the Mount is one of the most famous scriptures in Christianity, but it’s seldom taught specifically for atheists or other non-Christian people. Today, I not only read the Sermon on the Mount, but I break it down in a way that everyone, Christians, atheists, and other non-Christians can understand and use in their daily lives.

Political parties are a type of tribe, usually a tribe people have strong feeling and connections to. However, if we realize people from the opposite tribe (party) share many of our same interests and realize that most are genuinely kind people in arenas outside of politics, we’ll hate them less, if at all. If nothing else, we’ll have more empathy and get more things done
