This episode is a B-Side from the podcast archives.
As I listened back to it, I smiled because this message is still one of the most important things I teach today.
What’s possible for you?
Not what was possible five years ago.
Not what someone else thinks is possible.
Not what your past results suggest.
What’s possible now?
So many women are carrying around an old version of themselves. An old story. An old identity. An old belief about what they can and cannot do.
Then they use that story as evidence for what is available to them in the future.
The problem is, your future is not created by your past.
It’s created by your decisions.
One of the biggest shifts I see in coaching happens when a woman stops asking, “Can I do this?” and starts asking, “What do I want?”
Everything changes from there.
Possibility isn’t about pretending something is easy.
It’s not about ignoring challenges.
It’s about being willing to consider that more may be available to you than you currently believe.
A different relationship with yourself.
More confidence.
More peace.
A goal you’ve been putting off.
A business.
A career change.
A healthier lifestyle.
A fresh start.
Possibility begins when you stop arguing for your limitations and start exploring your options.
You don’t need proof before you begin.
You create the proof by taking action.
That’s why self-esteem matters so much.
When you trust yourself, support yourself, and remember who you are, you naturally expand what feels possible.
And that changes everything.
