While the Public Sector Digitisation Strategic Plan 2021-2025 was announced by the Prime Minister when tabling the 12th Malaysia Plan (12MP), the road to satisfactory digital adoption within the public sector will be anything but simple. The blueprints and initiatives seem to be in place, but how feasible is tech adoption within the civil service and really, and what exactly are the challenges that seem so hard to overcome?
