We have the poor with us in the world always. This has been and is currently a certainty. But what do we do about it? What to think of the condition of the poor? Obvious morality requires us to care, indeed. Caring is great. Caring is good. Action that is actual and active is better. Today we will look into the idea of the poor as pertains to what the Bible says. Enjoy, oh and do!

At times we forget. We outsource our self worth to others around us. We even outsource our own esteem to how we handle life or just by how it seems to be going in spite of our best efforts. Thing is we are not experts, no one is. When our performance or self opinion is low we fall into danger critical zones of how we feel about ourselves. For this we need to take a moment to remember the highest opinion, the thoughts of God towards us. It is important as well. We need to how ever often remind ourselves of how great God's love for us is. Remember it was God's kindness that led you to him, and will keep you. God rejoices over you and is ever-thinking about you. You are forever on His mind. Remember!!

We live in a diverse sort of world of currents. Currently people are having a life of difficulty. Currently there are wars, and CURRENTLY there is a lot of vanity. A mentality of me, me"ism". People that are concerned with appearances far more than substance. Vanity is not new, but it seems the culture of the vapid and meaningless has grown by leaps and bounds in a world where meaning is lost. Grab all you can and do what you want is the modus operandi of the culture we live in. The Bible has much to say on the topic actually.

Today we look at what God both loves and hates as indicators of the character of God and what that may mean in your life. God Loves the righteous, the upright, justice and the sinner. God hates evil and wickedness. What does that mean to the living? There is time to accept God into your life and change the path you are on. Once we step out of the mortal life we have been living, there is literally no time...time ceases to exist and forever begins.

As we adapt to the various understandings of God in life, the ones that seem to stick the hardest are images of a tyrant ruler, expecting duty and watching all we do. While it is not untrue that God sees all and is in fact above all powers, God is interested in you. God cares for you. He is looking for you to come home as it were. God is a big three letter word that means almost nothing if we do not understand the attributes of God in their entirety and how they work out in and towards our lives. We can pick up on the attributes of God by way of the Bible, how God interacted with people and what they had to report in various texts and songs, poems even. 

In our day and age, life is overwhelming, troubles multitudinous, cares multiplied and sorrows  are abounding. We fail to see God no matter how hard we try at times. The church may have let you down. That's because Jesus isn't a religion, he is however present. I am taking the time today to answer this question for you today because I know it is the truth that will salve the wounds on your heart. What does the Bible say about angels? It seems to me that the topic is far removed from daily thought and conversation. Yet, in the Bible there seem to be many instances of angelic beings and their activity. The involvement of angels seem to range from the very presence of God the Father to the smallest life of a child. From The beginning to the end Angels have positions and authorities, doing what heaven needs done. Today we cover just a few scriptures on angels.

There is seemingly a simple way to connect to God, and a complicated ever-disqualifying path, legalism. What is in fact acceptable religion to God? It would seem important to know and to retain this understanding (not to mention "practice"). In today's world we want answers to this question. Entire Theocracies, worlds, and "Theme-park" level churches, are built around "approved" tenets of acceptable (usually socially) practices of faith aka religion. Anger is a heavy weight to bear, seemingly unbearable since we want to cast it off in every direction. Alas, casting it off in every direction fills our world with hate and grief. It is quite human to feel angry. There are plenty of actual things to be angry about, but it is wise to approach life not with the angry foot forward, but rather a reasoning mind. Remember "anger" is but one letter away from "Danger" and you want to avoid danger. Perhaps the feeling of anger is in fact a feeling of danger. One may say that anger is dangerous. Sin has practically been eradicated from conversation. Nearly perfectly explained away by social norms and movements. The arguments for sin have become so strong that nearly all people cannot even recognize what a real sin is, even though it seems to be imbedded in our very nature. From needless war to forgetfulness of our needy fellow humans, sin swirls about humanity endlessly. We know to do right, yet we fail to execute on it. We harbor low opinions of others. What is "sin" according to the bible?
