GEORGE ANASTASIA

George Anastasia is an author/journalist who was a long term writer for the Philadelphia Inquirer. He is widely considered to be an expert on the Italian-American Mafia. He was an organized crime investigative reporter who was once targeted for death by then Philadelphia Crime Family boss John Stanfa. He has twice been nominated for a Pulitzer prize and won the Sigma Delta Chi award. He has also been described by 60 Minutes television profile as "One of the most respected crime reporters in the country".

Dominic DeNucci is an Italian-American professional wrestler and trainer whose students include Mick Foley, Shane Douglas, Cody Michaels, Preston Steele and Brian Hildebrand. 

He made his pro wrestling debut in 1958 in Montreal and Ottowa Ontario. His early ring names included the Masked Marvel and Dominic Bravo (ALONG WITH THE ORIGINAL DINO BRAVO) and Don Denucci. He was also closely aligned with another famous Italian American Wrestler you may have heard of named Bruno Sammartino. Dominic DeNucci was one of the first of the American exports to wrestle in Australia along with Killer Kowalski and Ray The Crippler Stevens. 

Kenny Casanova is an American professional wrestler and manager with international success as an author, and a DJ. Kenny Casanova is best known as a pro wrestler on the North East circuit, whose career has led him to be inducted in the class of 2010 New England Pro Wrestling Hall of Fame.

Over his career he has wrestled, ring announced, acted as a color-commentator, and acted as a wrestling manager (persona/talent/character) for many international names. A few of the international names he has regularly managed and connected to are Luke Harper, Damien Sandow, King Kong Bundy, Nikolai Volkoff, Public Enemy's Rocco Rock, Tom Brandi, Others include Demolition, HC Loc, Rocco Rock, Brutus "The Barber" Beefcake, and Japanese wrestler Shockwave The Robot. Casanova has had extensive pro wrestling feuds with The Patriot, Primo Carnera III, Tito Santana, and Jake Roberts.

"My first exposure to Southwest Championship Wrestling came in early 1983 when I happened to turn on the TV one Saturday morning to a new UHF station in the Baltimore, MD area called WNUV54 and saw my first SWCW TV show. I was certainly surprised to see a wrestling show based out of San Antonio, TX on TV in a WWF market, but I was a loyal viewer from the beginning. I was able to see on TV every Saturday morning, main event type match-ups that I would only see from the WWF if I paid to go to a house show. The SWCW angles came at you fast and furious, unlike the WWF where angles for the most part were not as prevalent as in the NWA and AWA promotions. Every week an angle played out on SWCW TV, such as "Cowboy" Scott Casey pouring a bucket of pig droppings over the head of "Hangman" Bobby Jaggers, Tully Blanchard bringing in bounty hunters to pile drive "Mr. Piledriver" Bob Sweetan and the numerous brawls between the Masked Grapplers and their tag team rivals Ricky Morton and Ken Lucas." - Tim Bland

The now retired former Philadelphia Inquirer reporter is the author of five books, which include “The Last Gangster” (ReganBooks/Harper Collins, March 2004), a New York Times bestseller that chronicles the demise of the Philadelphia mob. His other books are “Blood and Honor” (William Morrow & Co., 1991), which Jimmy Breslin called it “the best gangster book ever written”; NYT bestseller “The Summer Wind” (Regan Books/HarperCollins, 1999) about the Thomas Capano-Anne Marie Fahey murder case, and “The Goodfella Tapes (Avon Books, 1998), and “Mobfather” (Kensington Books, 1993).His work has appeared in Penthouse, Playboy and The Village Voice.

He also has been featured on several network television news magazine reports about organized crime and has worked as a consultant on projects for ABC, the Discovery Channel, the History Channel and National Geographic.

He has held tag team championships in partnership with Roger Kirby, Nelson Royal, Danny Miller, Dennis Hall and Whitey Caldwell. He has held the Southern Jr. Heavyweight championship belt. Currently, he's working as a TV production consultant, promoter for Heartland Wrestling and builder of tomorrow's champions at his Main Event Pro-Wrestling training camp in Cincinnati.
