This episode of Circle Time centers around the book we read: "Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day. During this episode, we briefly talk about how the character Alexander felt in the book, and ask readers to identify their own feelings. We go over a brief breathing exercise to calm ourselves when we are feeling big feelings, and identify that it's ok to feel these feelings. Readers' parents can submit photos and stories about their little one's feelings directly to [email protected] =.
