Rest days are something that is misunderstood by both sides of the isle.
One side tells you to be “intuitive” and listen to your body, and to take rest days whenever you feel like it. This may be beneficial sometimes but can hold you back from becoming the person you need and want to be.
The other side will tell you that you never need to take rest days at all, which can definitely get you closer to your goals faster, but at what cost?
