Many of us use stainless steel products and implements in the kitchen, including pots, pans, flatware, baking pans, and serving utensils.  In this episode, we discuss the different grades of stainless steel and the other metals used with stainless steel that may pose adverse health effects to users.  But not to worry--there's likely no need to get rid of your stainless steel.
