Thanks for joining me on The Things She Carries, I’m your host Devin Elmore and this podcast has been a labor of love over the past year. Every time it felt like God was nudging me to jump in, something would come up and life would happen. Finally I was able to put my blinders on, put my foot on the gas and make this dream happen. I’m so excited you’re here! This is the first episode and wow what a journey it has been to get here.
I told y’all I could go on forever about Gods significance in our struggles, so here we are bringing in part 2 of last week’s chat.
This week we’re diving straight into the significance in our struggles and learning how to speak out your pain. When we do this we not only pin point what and where the emotions are coming from but this also allows us to say it to God but speaking it into existence instead of tucking it away.
No matter what season of life we are in, God is always present in our struggles just as much as He is in our victories. When we don’t understand our circumstances, we look forward to the day when God shows us that somehow all the pain, the hurt and the fears were for His good work.
