Hey :) Guess what :) We have a new best friend :)
His name is Trevor! Trevor Story, to be specific! He'll be here in Boston for a while, and we're happy about it!
Who exactly is Trevor Story? What kind of player will we be seeing at Fenway? And what does his arrival mean for 2022 and beyond for the Red Sox? What's with all the questions, huh? Huh buddy? You think you're better than me? Who do you think you are? I am!
We answer some of those inquiries posed above (I'm not sure if you think you're better than me) and we also begin our POSITION BREAKDOWN SERIES!! This week, the infielders get their time in the spotlight. Expectations, ways players can take the next step, all that fun stuff.
We rap up our little program with some good ol' fashioned Yankees slander and retired number talk, for some reason!
Opening songs are *takes deep breath* "Baseball" by Hippo Campus, "Absolutely (Story of a Girl)" by Nine Days, "Story of My Life" by Social Distortion, the Brady Bunch theme, "The Story of Tonight" from the musical "Hamilton," "Morning Glory" by Oasis, "Love Story (Taylor's Version)" by Taylor Swift, "The Story of My Life" by One Direction, and "The Story of O.J." by Jay Z. Quite a few, huh? Closing song is also "Love Story (Taylor's Version)."
