Heading back home to be close to my Family, also finding a new good friend and opening up emotionally with my father, this was a very special time in my life that i will not forget.
Part 3 dives into life after rugby, and how i became very good at hiding things , crossfit, family, kids, how i burned lots of close relationships even the one that was closest to my heart. Although that person is dead and gone, its always good to see progression and continue to fill your heart up again.
Dive deep into a huge family member loss at 20 years old and how that shaped me up to become a very lost person and, really delved into negative thoughts and was always on the blame game around everything that was happening around me at the time. Hope this one resonates with anyone with loss out there, and you can heal it, you just need to be consistent with getting help.
