What's Tridot?

Whether it's overcoming addiction, obesity, or merely changing careers, we all have our journeys and Why we were determined to succeed.  Why is my fitness journey from the couch at 270 pounds in 2018 to hopefully finishing an Ironman 140.6 in 2021.  You'll learn about why I'm doing it and the what and hows of my triathlon training.  From swimming to cycling to running, you'll hear about all the successes and failures during my training to become a triathlete.
