My good friend Traecy Smith and I get on a zoom, and reflect on our journey as friends, our backgrounds, struggles, beliefs, and our understanding of vulnerability. We cover a lot, as we always do, and it may seem like we're talking about one thing when we're really getting at something else entirely. My hope is that in capturing this conversation the audience, can receive and digest some of the many nuggets of wisdom being dropped in this.
