Is this the end of the saga or just the season? Either way I breakdown my closing thoughts, opinions, and feelings as season one concludes. Short, but sweet I think this episode is what the podcast is all about. It's deep, and I guess the question is can you feel me?

My good friend Traecy Smith and I get on a zoom, and reflect on our journey as friends, our backgrounds, struggles, beliefs, and our understanding of vulnerability. We cover a lot, as we always do, and it may seem like we're talking about one thing when we're really getting at something else entirely. My hope is that in capturing this conversation the audience, can receive and digest some of the many nuggets of wisdom being dropped in this. At the end of the day this episode is really about vulnerability!

I had my cousin and her fiancee on for a deep dive into what led them to jumping the broom. I think it was a great conversation and a bit different from my usual format. I didn't get to make all the edits I initially envisioned, but I think there's some great takeaways from this. Per usual it's a slow build up, but well worth the journey if you ask me ahah. This episode I talk with my uncle about the concept of grit. What's it mean? Is it something you obtain of achieve? How can you gain more? This one is a slower start because we both started at the end of long days, and had to fight through some initial technical issues. We almost packed it up all together, but that being said sheesh we got DEEP. By the time we're at the 20 min mark we're already in the thick of it, and it just gets deeper and deeper from there. I think if you pay close enough attention you can see our flow and energy change, as we become energized by the profoundness of the conversation we're having. What I think is the most valuable part of doing this podcast (at least currently) is the fact that I get to objectively go back and observe the kind of intimate and in-depth conversations I've had the privilege of having with the different people in my life. I've always considered myself the kind of person who values people, but I think this Podcast allows me to explore, engage, and envelope myself in it from a drastically and uniquely different direction and perspective.
