Great having the chance to talk to Former Elcampo High school and newly hired West Plains High School softball coach Haley Colwell. Coach Colwell is only a 6 year veteran in softball coaching, however, she has already embarked on early success in her run as a varsity softball coach. in this last episode of our WOMEN IN SPORTS Series, we dive into Culture, coaching style, and overall philosophy and approach towards her coaching endeavors.
