I can't go to Jiu Jitsu because of the Coronavirus. These are privileged problems, but it's how I manage the demons. My quarantine workouts are getting more and more ridiculous and I think one of them made my back explode.

I have a crazy condition that causes weird flare ups when I get sick with normal stuff. It is a total mystery and has plagued me for years..... it's also put me in some of the most embarrassingly hilarious situations I'd rather forget.

Plenty of people around us are still struggling with the basic social distancing guidelines. I had two confrontations with the worst version of those people this weekend.
