In this life experience episode, you can hear my story of how I began cutting the grass at our house. If you follow me on Instagram and watch my stories, you've probably seen my grass cutting saga. I now have this huge sense of pride EVERY. TIME. I cut our lawn because I am putting effort into it to look nice for the general public that passes our house as well as a sense of pride that I learned to do something that I always said I was NEVER going to do.
I would love to hear your stories and experiences if you did something that you said you were never going to do and whether or not you LOVED it, or HATED it!!

In this "one woman show" episode, you can hear me talk about how I started singing, playing music, and also writing music.
Let me apologize in advance for all the "so's," "and so's," and "uummm's. " :) Will continue to try to work on that. We're an ever-growing, learning, and evolving species, right? Anyways, thanks for listening and hope you guys enjoy!

It was such an absolute pleasure to interview Macy for the podcast this week. Macy holds herself so well both socially and professionally, and her CONFIDENCE! Y'all, this girl is making her way to the top, I just know it. She has great family support not only from her parents, but from her son Holden as well. It makes my heart so happy to see this girl following her dreams and making it a reality like the rockstar she is!!

GO BE A ROCKSTAR!
In this episode (more like convo of me rambling about thoughts that go through my brain), I chose to talk about a memory from my childhood that I have begun to use as a mindset in my day to day life. And in my rambling on about this topic, I found how I am going to start and end my day by praying/meditating by using this practice!
I hope you've enjoyed the interviews so far, but I chose to have another pep talk episode today since this topic has been tugging at my heart.
Thank you guys so much for listening to the show, and if it resonates with you, I'd love if you'd share it with a friend or on social media. I'd also love to talk with you guys one on one about your daily practices or if you chose to start this prayerful practice as well!

In Part 2, you will hear how Josh overcame and continues to work through past experiences and stressors, and how he is choosing to act on it positively by spreading awareness on the topic of mental health, and it is okay to not be okay. And did I mention that he is allowing What's Up, Rockstar? to be the FIRST platform that he discusses his personal life and issues publicly? We are so grateful to be the place that he chooses to discuss these issues and successes that he has both in music and with his mental health.

In this episode, hear how Jenna Boyd started her own travel agency Teacup Travel Co. while navigating being a new mom and the ever-changing travel industry. Jenna talks about her strategies with her hiring process as well as how she trains and treats her travel advisors that she has on her team. My favorite symbolism she used was relating the iceberg to taking on a new task or job: We may think we know everything about a situation on the surface, but there is a lot left to learn under the surface.
