In this solo session I talk about Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), explaining: what it is, why I got into it, and what it has taught me.

My younger sister Eve is an aspiring Animal researcher who studies Zoology at Queens University Belfast. Another passion of her's is climate protection and in  the last 5 years she has made some big life changes to try and act in as environmentally responsible way as possible. George Armstrong is an elite level discuss thrower, competing at the highest level. He was ranked 3rd in UK last year and has ambitions to make the Team GB squad for the next Olympic Games. Not only does he compete at the top level of sport but also studies at the top level of academia, reading Business Economics & Finance at Loughborough University.
