It's been a while since I've recorded anything and given my current prego-ness we've been talking a lot about Parenting. It's sort of strange, nerve wracking and exciting to be starting over after 7 years. Stephen and I wanted to talk about some of the lessons we've learned parenting our two kids and what our thoughts are on being a parent all together. These are simply our thoughts, opinions and experiences and we both agreed that it is a topic that has so many different factors and is not a one size fits all sort of thing...but we share what we think are some of the biggest mistakes parents make, regardless!

Becoming online friends with Yeritza it's hard not to be so impressed with her yoga skills. She is self taught, from watching YouTube videos and if you follow her IG @yoga_yerri she breaks down moves in a way that is incredibly helpful. We talked about how she found Yoga as a way to de-stress during her schooling and how it was just what she needed after being a gymnast for many years.
