We couldn't have been luckier to have our first guest of season 2 be the incredible Sarah Johnson (she/her). The former owner of Omaha Bicycle Co., membership & volunteer coordinator for Mode Shift Omaha, co-host of Car Free Midwest, and the former candidate of Omaha City Council in District 1 sat down with us and really let it all out. As self proclaimed 'tangent queens' this episode reflects Sarah perfectly— present and fully focused on the conversation in front of her, with a few (maybe more) stops taken along the way.
Whatsherface is back, but things have changed since we last met. This episode is hosted by Scott (they/she) and they discussed the many changes that have occurred since they last spoke in this space, and the intentions they have with the future.

We've made it to episode five of Whatsherface and this time we're joined by Lincoln, Nebraska illustrator Abigail Ervin.
Abi made illustrating her full-time job in February of 2019, forming Abigail E.P. Featuring depictions of monsters, self portraits and the desire to illuminate beauty in darkness she has since built a client base for her sustainable online store.
Together we discuss striking a balance between small business ownership and mental health, her Catholic faith and her upbringing in small town Nebraska.

On this episode of Whatsherface we are joined by our healer, confidant and friend, Mo Horner.

On the third episode of Whatsherface we brought in our dear friend Kate Brewer— a vibrant award-winning filmmaker, TedxTalk presenter and author. Born in Seattle and raised in Southeast Asia, Kate now resides in Council Bluffs, Iowa with her husband and sweet pup Shiloh.

On the second episode of Whatsherface we brought Maria Corpuz to the studio. A force to be reckoned with, Corpuz is an Asian American woman from Omaha, Nebraska with a passion for creating community by combining her love of art and social justice through her project Nite Caps.
Together we explore her journey with mental health and therapy, how she keeps her finger on the pulse of social causes in Omaha, and her deep love for Fiona Apple's latest release 'Fetch the Bolt Cutters'. While often unafraid of expressing her thoughts on social media, this episode offers the opportunity to see the more vulnerable side of a community leader during a time when social gatherings are no longer an option.
You can find Maria on Instagram @mezgalria and Nite Caps @nitecaps
