Kristian has co-founded many companies over the past 15 years, including Studio Science, Octiv, and Lessonly. He has also invested in an impressive list of companies, including iGoDigital which was acquired by ExactTarget and eventually Salesforce.

Currently, he works as a partner at High Alpha where he conceives, launches and scales enterprise cloud companies.

This week’s guest is Josh Owens and he is the CEO of SupplyKick. SupplyKick is a company in Indianapolis that partners with brands to simplify their e-commerce and maximize sales on online marketplaces, specifically Amazon. Since Owens took the reigns in 2016, revenue growth has been tremendous and SupplyKick was placed in Inc 500 for the fastest growing private companies in America and #4 on the list for Indianapolis Business Journal’s Fast 25. This week’s guest is Molly Chavers. She is the executive director of IndyHub, a nonprofit that represents the young professionals of Indianapolis and helps them connect with opportunities all over the city. She is also the lead on Indy’s No Mean City initiative and sits on boards such as the United Way of Central Indiana, the Mitch Daniel’s Leadership Foundation, and the Greater Indianapolis Progress committee. This week's guest is Slater Hogan. Slater is a DJ and Indy legend who has over 100 releases on different music labels and has spun all over the globe. He started his promotion and production company, KID Presents, with longtime fellow DJ and business partner, John Larner in 2002. KID Presents has brought Indy incredible artists such as Skrillex, Snoop Dogg, G-Eazy, Steve Aoki, and Bassnectar to name a few.
