Just a bit of my recent story from the last year and a half as I learn to adjust to my new normal of chronic pain.

Why isn’t evacuation more accessible to those with mobility issues? How can we solve this problem and make it more accessible for all needs?

Society views people who are different in negative ways. We need to change that! Please listen, share, and accept the challenge to change your perception of those who are different!

Don’t let fear stand in your way of what you want in life. Use those fears as stepping stones to a better life. Perseverance is key!

It’s good to make sure you find a way to admit your feelings to yourself and get them out of your head! Don’t let them linger! Find some healthy coping skills

It’s tough when you lose some of your independence due to a chronic medical condition. Knowing you won’t be able to regain that independence makes it that much more difficult. With a strong support system, even if it’s a small number of people, you can get through it. It only takes one person to make a difference

Public transportation has its benefits, sure…but when it is your sole source of transportation AND they get you places LATE A LOT, it becomes UNBELIEVABLY FRUSTRATING! This is my vent today
