Stephanie de Mello, MS, CCC-SLP, and Megan Saxon MS, CCC-SLP, talk about caring for their grandmothers and how their clinical experience plays a factor. Unsurprisingly, the attention and time spent with their grandmothers has also affected them as clinicians—serving as a reminder that each patient clinicians treat has special people in their lives who want the best care possible for their loved ones.
