Today I’ll be sharing with you all a really powerful quote about gardening and from this, I have a message I want to share with two groups of people based on the quote: leaders and “flowers.” I’ll be talking about what it means as a leader to stop seeing the “seed” as the problem, but get to assessing the “soil” and the environment in which you’re trying to help someone thrive. We’ll do some reflection to see if as a leader, you’ve possibly been trying to make someone be a different flower than they’re meant to be, or been trying to plant them in a different flower’s soil expecting them to bloom. I’ll also be speaking to all you flowers out there, to shift your lens a bit. What if your dream isn’t the problem, you’re just in the wrong environment? What if you’re just not in the right soil to nurture where you’re called to go next? We’ll talk about how to get unstuck and find the place you’re meant to grow!
