Positive thinking is great practice. Mel & Kel talk about it every week! But, sometimes a good thought isn't enough.

Have you ever repeated a positive thought over and over and over again?

“I’ve got this!”
“With God all things are possible.”
“This too shall pass.”
“It could be worse.”

Yet, at the end of the day, you still feel overwhelmed?

We can think those good thoughts all day long, but when the circumstance continues to create overwhelm, we find ourselves discouraged. No amount of positive thinking seems to change the circumstance.
My child is STILL struggling with night terrors.
My child is STILL failing with distance learning.
My son is BACK in rehab...again.

Sure, breathing techniques are great. Meditation and prayer are awesome. Even tapping sounds pretty promising.

ACTION matters! There is no result without an action plan.
