The “double-life” has become all to common amongst the leaders of the church today. Many are upright, pure, and morally sharp when in the public eye, but then behind closed doors, become something altogether different.
Simply put, this duplicity destroys the witness of Christ and it undermines the Church. It’s a hazardous, toxic lifestyle that is not a part of true Christianity. The Church cannot and must not shrug its shoulders at this dangerous trend toward a passive acceptance of hypocrisy.
